Stephenson Family Ties The Barn Burnt Down
And Now I See The Moon

welcome to the world dear Benjamin!!
 9lbs 12 oz  22 inches LONG
 first bath by daddy!!
heading home!!!

We're gonna blame it on Clark!!
He drove all the way to Logan to hang out with us for the night...
We were going to watch the Superbowl, play video games, eat dinner, and had even convinced him to stay the night.
And then...labor finally began!
Clark got dinner
and a cursory viewing of the Superbowl, and by no fault of his own was even involved in a  lively discussion on the pros and cons of circumcision!!
And then  he watched us pack our bags and waved goodbye as we headed to Ogden to the birthing center.
We thank you Clark for making the trip but feel no regret that it was labor that disturbed our visit.  No better excuse than that I'd say!!!

Im not yet prepared to share my sacred experiences with Anna and David and Benjamin and the night of his birth.  I need to wrap my brain around it a little longer.

But sharing our first pictures is a pleasure and privilege
A dear little family has been created on Monday Feb 6th!!
Enjoy!!!
We sure are!!!
Im going to enjoy every minute I get to spend with them!!
Once again I find my gratitude to God for Ben's safe and healthy arrival inexpressible!! But Heavenly Father knows!!

That's kind of how I feel about my natural birth experiences with Camille and Charlotte...it's so hard to share that sacred experience and do it justice. I'm so happy for you all that little Ben is here safe and sound. I look forward to hearing whatever birth details you feel to share...birth stories are one of my very favorite things! Congrats again!! Give my love to everyone.
