Here is a rare point of view of my birthday boy today!!! Joe is the serious one in the family. He is as sweet as can be and oh so generous...but hardly ever silly. Thank heaven Chelsea was able to catch him in a moment of weakness.

Oh how I love this second born son of ours!! What an amazing husband, father and son he has grown to be!! What fun it is to have him around and to have the incredible blessing of being a part of his life and the life of his sweet family.

Food and gifts are the way to this mans heart...or just a wink and kiss from his wife or a giggle from his handsome boys. He has his father's temperament and his mother's love of movies and all things cheesy(the pasteurized type) and fattening. He's easy to please, with Sunday dinners and football. He's quick to come to assistance and an encouraging word. I am proud beyond words of this handsome man!!!
