I guess I could begin one of those fun countdown clickers right about now....to count down the days until this great son of our returns home. But...I find the counters more discouraging than encouraging when envisioning a time in the distant future. I beginning to let myself picture Clarks re-entry!! Thats good enough for me. For now.
I find it discouraging to send a package full of goodies that ends up costing way more to send than what it contains....but its the thought that counts. Right??
I cant wait to make him cakes and his favorite meals again, and to have him make the Sunday evening chocolate brownies. Or to hear his voice and scratch his back or give him a squeeze.
I pray he has a good birthday....far from home.
We love him so much and miss him like crazy!!!!
