You have always been the handsome, cool, kind, Uncle Mark!! You have been amazing with my 'kids' who are now no longer kids. We all love and adore you Mark. You add spice to our life and we just dont see near enough of you!!! Its wonderful to know that you are always there for any of us. And I hope you realize that the same applies for you as well. What a blessing it is for us all to be neighbors and family. Family get-togethers are all the sweeter when you attend! I wish you a very happy birthday dear bro-in-law!! Just remember- the 40's are the new 20's -and I believe it to be true!!
