HELP!!!

"SECRET ARE WISE PERSUATION'S KEYS UNTO LOVE'S SANCITITIES."

I have had this quote for quite some time.
It gives me a headache.
I have no clue what it means!!!
I love each word.
I hate that it ties my brain into knots.

Blogging seems to be the perfect way to
get others to chime in on this. This
could be a fun way to solve this mystery
for me, once and for all.

Please help me, all you wise bloggers and friends!
Wont it be fun to see what marvelous insights you all will have?
Shake out the cobwebs, and put on those thinking caps, and begin the speculation!

I found some things:
Then spoke the inspired Kentauros, gentle laughter gleaming beneath his kindly brows and of his wisdom made straightway this answer : `Secret, great Phoibos, are the keys of wise Persuasion (Peitho) to love’s true sanctities; both gods and men alike, in reverent modesty, are loth to taste in the open light of day the first sweet fruits of love.

Pindar, Pythian Ode 9. 40 ff :
"Secret, great Phoibos [Apollon], are the keys of wise Peitho (Seduction) to love’s true sanctities."

PEITHO was the goddess or spirit (daimona) of persuasion, seduction and charming speech. In combination with force (bia) she also represented forceful inducement and rape (including bridal abduction). Peitho was a close companion of the goddess Aphrodite.

Pietho was usually depicted as a woman with her hand lifted in persuasion or fleeing from the scene of a rape. Her attributes sometimes included a white dove and ball of binding twine
My thoughts:
I'm maybe thinking this has something to do with seduction and tricking two to go make love or something like that. I really don't know! Kinda strange.
