We're headed out this morning to one of my most favorite places on the planet!! Lake Powell here we come!!! For 3 days we'll play, we'll relax, hike, jet ski, knee board, explore, sunbathe, eat, eat some more, sleep under the stars, play games, and enjoy the company of loved ones.  This year Im anticipating that the best memory will be watching David and Lucie become familiar with this gorgeous spot ...in our very back yard! Neither one of them  have ever  been further south than St George!!! Sharing new experiences with loved ones...PERFECTION!!!  Watching Anna watch her loved ones find the awe and wonder of Lake Powell...Delightful!!! Can you remember your first time at Lake Powell!? I can!!! I think I was about 13, and we went with friends of my dad.  To this day I can still recall the alcove we pulled the houseboat into for the duration....Magical!!!  Ta Ta everyone!!!

Dean and I met at Lake Powell! You could say the magic of the place followed us from that day forward. (He thought I was "kinda cute, but too skinny". HA! Look what 30-plus years will do.)
