Even though my "brush with cancer" with my friend Lisa, is still rockin my world, it causes me to pause and think even more about what Im putting in my body... even more than I have in the past...Im a purest!! I dont want fake butter in my bod!! I dont want fake sugar either!!A fully loaded Pepsi is best!! I enjoy red meat and pizza...pure food!!!
I found support and validation for my finicky tastes HERE. Im going to learn more and go to my daughter more, to listen and learn what I can do to be more healthy! I might be able to walk your socks off...but I will now also take greater care with whats in the fridge and what Im eating!!
