Stephenson Family Ties The Barn Burnt Down
And Now I See The Moon

Found this list somewhere...cant find the link.
Thought is was interesting and informative.
What do you think?

  1. I love the Kindle options. Being able to buy books I do not necessarily want to take up space of my shelves.
  2. Kindle (Amazon) has a huge selection of books.
  3. I like the thin portable sleekness of the Kindle.
  4. I love the fact that when you want to sample a book, Kindle sends you the first chapter or so.
  5. The freebies are great. I have found most of the classic novels for free and downloaded them.
  6. I can carry around hundreds, if not thousands, of books in one spot.
  7. I tend to read faster with the Kindle (not that I read slow).
  8. You can change the text size with Kindle.
  9. The downside is that Kindle has to charge. I am still working out how to charge and read, but at this point, everytime I charge, the system shuts down completely.
  10. I love physical copies of books; I love the way they look on my bookshelves, their smell, their texture, etc. Kindle does not offer this type of esthetic.
  11. can’t take my Kindle to a book signing and get an author to sign IT. Well, I guess I could, but why would I want someone writing all over my Kindle?
