Our little Vietnamese restaurant must be missing me. Its been a while since I've paid them a visit. I certainly have been missing it. I've been thinking a lot lately about a steaming hot bowl of Pho!! I wish my daughter was here to share a bowl with me....for she appreciates the finer qualities of Pho as much as I! The basil and the bean sprouts and the jalapeños and the paper thin meat! And then there's the spring roll and peanut sauce. YUM!!!!

I was craving this the other day when I was really sick and I wished we had our own little restaurant so my wonderful husband did what he could. :)

I didn't know you were a fan of Pho. Not to make you jealous - but there are two Pho places in Hawaii I go to that are amazing! I ate at them both...twice...yep I guess you could say it was a four Pho trip.
