We took a early, early and pleasant morning hike Labor Day morning. It felt so good to be out and moving again. My tailbone still twanged with shots of pain whenever I bent down to scramble under a branch or rock...but other than that, it felt great!!! And its always a delight to hike with loved ones! Im surrounded by good sports and willing souls!!



and...I finally tracked down the name of this beautiful species of flower!!! (I love it when that happens) This beautiful white flower is called- Sand Verbena! Just thought you'd like to know.
