I think there are few books that will ever slow down my grandson from playing ball...but if ever there was a book to capture his attention...right now it seems to be this one. Its a 'find' that I picked up at the library a week or so ago. He does stop...for a few minutes, and flips the pages of this beautiful book...and hunts for the frogs and wonders where the water has disappeared to by the conclusion of the story. Im a Graeme Base fan, and Im looking forward to checking out his other children's books next time I visit the library. (oh to be an artist AND a writer of children's books!! some people have all the luck!!)
