I've gone and done it. Everyone warned me. Everyone was giving me sideways glances as I crunched on my handfuls of dry pasta noodles.

CRACK!!!
I now have a chuckhole where some of my molar should be!! UGH!!!!!!!
Dentist visits are ranked up there with washing windows or eating pears!!! I dont do them!!!!!!! Now Im going to have to visit, and go through some major uncomfortableness. And... its all my fault; with the help of the aging process of course.
What I Know:
No more pasta for me!!!

Was it macaroni? I used to do that when I was a kid. I was chewing ice a few years ago and cracked a molar and have a crown now! Dang!
OH NO!!!! So sorry! Yep, sounds like a nice expensive crown is the answer. I hate the dentist too! ;)
