I LOVE TREES!!! and their dedication to grow, even in uninviting circumstances. can i also say that i miss pinecones? not words that i ever thought would pass my typing fingers, but there, I typed it. they are much less appealing when they are green and being bombed near your head by evil, ahem, menacing little squirrels.
you're pictures are wonderful, and they make me want to go to zion's again soon. even if there is the possibility of snow. eeeewwwwww.

how fun! i totally agree that it is all about the reward and oscars is definitely the place of choice! and it wouldn't matter if you did eat the whole thing because you just hiked your butt off! :)
Oh wow, I don't think I would have shared it! Nope, definitely would have eaten the whole thing! I was going to say that my favorite picture was of the first "looking down the canyon shot" but, well, now it's definitely your exquisite mexican dish! Wow, I guess I'm a little pregnant tonight or something! ;)
