whenever i hear the song of a bird or look at the blue, blue sky,whenever i feel the rain on my face, or the wind as it rushes by,
whenever i touch a velvet rose or walk by our lilac tree,
i'm glad that i live in this beautiful world Heavenly Father created for me.
He gave me my eyes that i might see, the color of butterfly wings,
He gave me my ears that i might hear the magical sound of things.
He gave me my life, my mind, my heart; i thank Him reverently.
For all His creations, of which im a part,yes, i know Heavenly Father loves me!
Soon after dear Logan was born, and I had the opportunity to hold him a moment, I found myself instinctively singing this primary song in his perfect little ear. (I think its interesting that the first song I remember singing to 'L' was 'Popcorn Popping on the Apricot Tree') I dont know many Primary songs...but a few choice ones have settled into my gray matter for good.

This is such a great song. It's one that I totally remember, too, and often find myself referring back to.
Your new grandson is so so beautiful. I guess I will go see him more when the newness is less new. I just don't want to be in the way of all of the people who want to love him now.
I'll just wait, and he'll be new to me again then.

Wow, he is a BEAUTIFUL baby. And while newborns are always precious, there are fewer who are this beautiful!!! Love the hair!
ok, so i was rereading this, and i noticed that this kid, aside from being wonderful and indcredibly cute, will be known as LoJo.
Not really, but i just noticed it when i was saying his name in my head.
