"L's" Book For the Week

This book was a gift to our Clark for his fifth birthday!! Way back in 1994!! Someday,when he has kids of his own, I may be able to relinquish it to him--but until then, we will continue to enjoy its simple,clever story--though its really the charming illustrations that make this book a real keeper!! Nobody can resist the worry and anxiety on little mouses countenance!! NOBODY!!! Im so glad I dont have to hide a great big, juicy strawberry from a big, hungry BEAR!!!
Our copy has some pen marks on some of the pages-but this only proves that it is well loved...or as as Amazon.com puts it..gently used.
