Letting Go

Isnt it interesting that there seems to be all sorts of creative ways to induce us to leave our "baggage" or troubles or 'stuff' behind? When I hike, there are a couple of trails that have a 'rock shrine' somewhere along the way where we are encouraged to pick up a rock and throw it on the pile, thus leaving a worry or making a wish that we hope will come true. Its fun to watch others preform the ritual. Some do it silently, but with care and thoughtfulness. Others laugh and toss and move away. Still others toss a rock and share their experiences and woos with all who share the trail with us. Here I have stumbled on another creative way to do the same. Its much more involved of course, but the theme is familiar.
What would you let go??
