While hiking on Tuesday, I had a crazy idea.
(I have the best of jobs by the way.)
I meet the most interesting people from all over the country.
And sometimes we have the most interesting conversations, or at least quite often I find myself catching tidbits of conversations about almost anything and everything you can imagine.
Every week our group of guests changes and so does the dynamics of the lot.
I thought that maybe it would be amusing to record in a few short words, all that my ears hear as we hike the trails in So. Utah, and gather coral dust(sand) between our toes.
This is what Tuesday sounded like:
-Did Hilary concede?
-Is Obama going to choose Hilary for a V.P.?
-Did you hear about Bo Didley dying this week?
-How much weight have you lost?
-Credit Card debt
-Cars have just got to become more fuel efficient.
-Why dont people in So. Utah use more solar energy?
-Mohammad Ali
-New Orleans and it being rebuilt.
-New construction at Fitness Ridge
-Beautiful wildflowers
-Fuel costs
-V.P. speculation
-Airlines are cutting back
-Las Vegas and the shows, especially LOVE
-Reverend Wright
-Who uses what for pain relief-sore, sore muscles!
-Pros and cons to turning 30.
-Impending exercise classes for the day
-the BEARS-some pro team?
-toenails-regrets in not clipping before the hike.
-"Is this black rock volcanic?"
-Boarder control
-Biggest Loser
-"Baby steps"- What About Bob
-Ebay-for selling an air-conditioned dump truck.
-heart rate monitors
-Chocolate covered strawberries (this was discussed several times)
-Kentucky's state song was sung out-LOUD several times as well.
So there you have it- the stimulating conversations of the morning!!
Its never boring!!
