What the heck is it with me and ZINNIAS!!??
I adore Zinnias!
They make me happy!
They rank a few steps above even the cheery daisy.
They are cheerful like the daisy-with more color and variety.
Every single spring I run to the nursery and buy a pack of zinnias.
Every year I feel optimistic that this will be the year that I'll grow beautiful zinnias.
NOT!!!!
Already the ones out in the back are in pain!!
They look so very unhappy.
They are sputtering and gasping for breath.
What am I doing wrong??
Why is it so difficult to grow such a simple flower??
It doesn't seem possible that this flower should need a 'hot house' care guide.
Are they really so temperamental?
Or...is it that my thumb needs a little greening up?
HELP!!!
I don't want to be responsible for killing yet another poney-pac of zinnias!!

I know what you mean about zinnias...a fantastic flower, but so hard to keep alive!! I seem to kill mine every year, and the only thing I can figure is that they need more water than what I've given them in the past. Good luck, and let me know if you come up with any sure-fire ways to help 'em stay gorgeous!
