We sat on a wicker couch, under our mulberry trees, and watched the garage sale customers stream in and rummage through our 'stuff.'
What I learned:
1. Clothes sell!!! Especially if they are hung up nicely.
2. 99% of the action happens between 7am and 11.
3. Its therapeutic to watch people spend money on stuff you dont want anymore.
4. A power nap under said trees is invigorating.
5. Items worth more than $10 dont sell!!
Many hands make Saturday chores go down easy. The lawns were cut, trimmed, watered and manicured. Trees were trimmed and everything looks shiny and new.
There is nothing more relaxing than sitting pool side after the work is all done and watching 'L' and his antics in the water.
