BLAST FROM THE PAST!
Holy Moly this should be fun!
Look at the three of us!!!
There's not a wrinkle to be found-on any one of our three faces and necks!
And,you cant tell by the pic, but Im sporting a pregnant belly!! Its little Rob tucked away in my womb.
Look at the head of hair on my Builder Bob! Does this man change at all!? He looks exactly the same!!
Shouldn't I be alarmed that I have the exact same hairstyle? (probably -yes)
Im 6 months along in this old pic, and the reason I know this is because its not taken of me gripping the rim of a toilet bowl-heaving my guts out. Instead, we're standing out in the front yard of my folks home in Los Altos, California. We're having a pleasant visit and even though this is a black and white picture, I can still see that Im not a pale shade of green and wiping drool from the corner of my mouth.
I'd say there's not a care in the world on any one of our countenance's.
My mom is 47 in this picture. She looks so great! Im 47 now!! And praying I can keep up appearances.

Mom looks pleased to know that shes going to be a grandma soon. I now know just what this means. More joy than the mind can compute.
The circle of life continues...if a picture were taken today...there'd be a great grandma, and a new grandpa and grandma!!
A few disturbing thoughts, besides the wrinkles and hair cuts...
Why, why, why, were maternity clothes so disturbingly sweet and horrid at this time in history? Why would I ever bother tying a little white satin bow at my neck!? Why did I succumb to the mores of the fashion world?! I dont do it now-why would I then?
A whole new chapter was about to begin when this pic was taken. And today we find yet another new chapter has begun! I love our story!!

I love hearing about things from the past and seeing you guys before Rob was even born! Gosh, that's going to be me one day looking back with kids grown and married....AHHHH! scary thought, really.
