Slots Hike

I couldnt stop snapping pictures of snow in the desert!
I've been hiking for 4 1/2 years on our trails here. This week is a first for me!

Snow!

Snow that has stayed 'stuck' for more than a few hours.

Snow that is still here--days later!

Snow and ice that has effected which direction we go on a hike.

Snow that brought more beauty and added glamour to our vistas and paths.

Please enjoy them.

Your picture's a great testament to Global Warming. I am very concerned about it. I look out my window and get even more concerned about Global Warming. I talk to my sister in CO who is under more than 6 feet of snow and get even more concerned. Seems that those ice caps that are melting are sending the snow and ice HERE!! AAARRRGGGGHHH!!!
