CUPCAKE THURSDAY

Thought it'd be fun to share the recipe with everyone.

CHERRY CREAM CHEESE TART

2- 8OZ. Cream cheese
1 C. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
12 vanilla wafers

350 degree oven. Cupcake liners in pans.
Beat cream cheese with mixer until fluffy.
Add sugar, vanilla, beating well.
Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well in-
between. Lay a vanilla wafer, flat side
down in each muffin cup. Spoon in cream
cheese over wafer.
Bake 20 min. Allow to cool completely.
Serve with cherry filling on top!
