Its wonderful that the highlight of ones day can be as simple as spending time with the grandchildren!! And that the time spent doesnt have to cost a dime!!  Yesterday it was a few minutes at the splashpad with Logan and Liam...today it was seeing how far Lachlan and I could make down the trail  on our bikes...we  were doing great until we turned around and were heading back, after throwing dozens of rocks into the Virgin River...it was then that my tire went completely flat!! I rode 1 1/2 miles on the rim!!
Not good!!  But L was leaving me in the dust and I had to keep up...so on I rode, until I could ride no more!!
Thank heavens for cell phones...so Papa could meet him at the trail head.
Simple pleasures- simple adventures!!!

Liam says- "bye-bye water" when its time to go home. Sweet!!
